1. Intellectual Property
All artwork remains the sole property of [Your Company Name] and the artist at all times, including after purchase. This applies to originals, commissions, prints, digital downloads, and any current or future reproductions.
Purchasing an item does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Customers may not:

Mint the artwork as an NFT

Reproduce, copy, scan, or distribute the artwork

Use the artwork for commercial purposes

Create merchandise or derivative works
without prior written permission from the artist.
Collectors are always welcome to share photos of their purchased artwork on social media for personal enjoyment. Credit to the artist is appreciated but not required.
2. Liability
Once an item has been delivered and is in the possession of the customer, we are not responsible for damage caused by handling, storage, or environmental conditions. Examples include fingerprints on print borders, tearing, bending, or water damage.
Under applicable consumer protection laws, we will replace or compensate items that:

Arrive damaged due to shipping, or

Contain manufacturing defects.
All artwork is inspected carefully before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchase. Print sizes listed include borders unless otherwise noted.
3. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
Because screen colours vary across devices, slight colour differences between your screen and the physical artwork are not considered defects. If colour accuracy is important to you, we recommend viewing the product on multiple devices before purchasing.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
To request a replacement, customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase and photos of the item received.
4. Processing & Shipping
Processing times for each product are listed in the product description. We are a small studio team and work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. Occasionally, high demand may cause slight delays. Thank you for your patience and support.
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us for this reason, a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs may apply.
5. Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
If duties are refused and the package is returned to us, we will refund the order minus shipping costs, provided the item is returned in original condition.
We declare all items at their full purchase value and cannot falsify customs documentation.
